Customers who want to use mmojo from the EU and plan to upload data with Personal Identifiable Information (“PII”) are responsible for their data and compliance as a Data Controller. mmojo is functioning as a Data Processor in those scenarios.

What information do we collect?
Provided Personal Information is typically collected when you register on our website or subscribe to our products or services. Such information may include, but not be limited to, your name, e-mail address, business name, business address, and payment information.

What other data do we collect?
As is true of most Websites/Services, we gather certain information automatically. Your personal information will be removed from all mmojo.com datasets within a reasonable timeframe, however, this process will only remove information controlled by mmojo.com and will not remove your personal information from third-party sources, customer owned data or from customer files that have already acquired that data through mmojo.com.

mmojo.com products manage information provided and owned by our Customers. If you are being contacted by one of our customers as a result of their possession of your personal data and would no longer like to be contacted by that customer, please contact that customer directly.
Access and Retention of Data Controlled by our Customers or Third Parties Data Providers
mmojo.com acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data not controlled by mmojo.com should direct their request to the party that controls the data (the data controller).
